David Almeida is a driven professional with diverse international experience across finance, consulting, and diplomacy. With a background in International Business from Católica Lisbon SBE and the University of South Carolina, he has gained expertise in corporate finance, strategic partnerships, and international relations. His career has taken him to Portugal, the US, Brazil and currently Holland gaining insights into finance, global markets, economic development, and trade policies. Currently a Finance Graduate at DP World, David is part of the Grow Program 2024, where he works across various financial departments in different offices throughout Europe. His role involves applying corporate finance principles, budgeting, data analysis, and strategic financial planning. His past experience includes working for the European Commission, researching on the EU-Brazil bilateral relation. Additionally, at Five Thousand Miles in Miami he lead market expansion efforts, building strategic partnerships for businesses.
