As a HR Executive at SingHealth Community Hospitals, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and pharmacists. I also manage the interviewing, onboarding, and other recruitment processes for the new hires, ensuring that they are aligned with the organizational goals and values.I possess a degree in Human Resource Management with Minor in Human Behavior at Murdoch University, where I have gained theoretical and practical knowledge on various aspects of human resources, such as recruitment, retention, motivation, diversity, and ethics. I have also developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, which I applied in my role as a learning facilitator at Rosebrook Developmental Centre, where I guide children with special needs through physical, emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential and overcome obstacles in their personal and professional lives. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities that can enhance my career development and growth.
