This included the management of Service Desk & End User Computing Services, IT Change Management, Disaster Recovery Services, and IT infrastructure purchasing functions. I am ITIL v3 Foundations & COBIT 5 Certifications as well as a Certified Business Continuity Professional with the DRII.
