Directing Operations is my niche. Throughout my 12 years of honorable Naval service and the corporate experience to follow I have been recognized and awarded for my senior management abilities through developing staff and my own accomplishments. I continue this work ethic in all tasks. I have had extensive experience with directing a corporation through multiple inspections and regulation management including FDA, ISO, SOX, State, general SOP, and Corporate operation standards (COP). Also, I have been in a position of oversight for internal auditing and quality system management and in many cases I have actually developed the written standards for employee and corporate policy. My experience extends to both electronic and medical systems of all kinds, although operations in general is my specialty. I bring my former Naval service experience, as I directed multiple divisions in the successful operations of airport and other infrastructure electronic systems, medical response programs, medical training programs, IT system networks, and sat on boards as an expert for the Department of Defense for electronic and medical initiatives. I bring civilian experience with leadership result focused paths through positions such as: Directing Manager of Cardiovascular Laboratories and Corporate Operations Directing Manager; Certified EMT medic since 2002; Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic Manager in the counties of San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Santa Barbara County; Certified ISO Internal Auditor, and HR manager from Loyola Marymount University.
