Professional Bio: Some of the skills I have gained over the years within project management: Manager in project logs which were established to meet ISO accreditation Certified in PRINCE2 methodologies and experienced in Agile frameworks. Facilitated in all levels of stakeholder communications and organising regular governance meetings whether they be hybrid, online or in person meetings; distributing presentation materials to all relevant parties when required. Minute taking, action and decisions included and followed up prior to recurring meetings. Microsoft Office adept; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and reporting tools - PowerBi. Excellent communication skills; whether they be written or verbal. Lead co-ordinator on maintaining Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies; Change control and Budget monitoring included too. KPI monitoring from which to escalate concerns for relevant stakeholders; this encourages regular QC collaborations. Co-ordinate commercial forecasting for stakeholders. Generating Continuous Improvement or Lessons Learned workshops at the end of the project life cycles. Personal Bio: My life is to engage and comprehend the world with a creative flare. Having studied the arts, I have been able to transfer critical skills when it comes to engaging with people; empathy, compassion and leadership to name but a few. I have been lucky that it when comes to public engagement and speaking that I do not shy away from the challenge. This has encouraged me to generate teamwork as well as facilitate group work with people from different backgrounds. I am always eager to learn more and apply any knowledge that I acquire either through reading, thinking, reflecting or practical experience; I am confident and unafraid to try new challenges. I can offer creative perspectives on various situations and ideas whilst having the ability to implement agreed outcomes with others.
