Over the last three decades working for the Largest Private sector union in British Columbia, I have represented thousands of members in all regions throughout the province of B.C. • Exceptional grievance handling with attention to proper investigations, thoroughness, and detail. • Focus on having the dispute resolution procedure dealt with expeditiously so that workplace issues are addressed in a prompt manner. • Vast experience in Grievance adjudication and Arbitration proceedings -Individual, Group, and Policy matters-Exceptional preparation and presentation of each case-Proceedings range from less formal adjudication (without legal counsel) to more formal arbitration hearings where the other party was represented by legal counsel. • I believe in fostering a good working relationship with those in the Labour Relations community.
