About David Arnold

In supporting people by utilising contemporary knowledge, plus evidence based emotional agility, positive psychology and wellbeing research, I make a meaningful difference to people’s capacity to navigate change. While I have national award-winning experience in the project, program, portfolio and change leadership disciplines, I’ve come to realise that without your people building their emotional agility, it’s unlikely your change will be truly successful. In supporting your people to leverage their positive emotions, develop their personal and professional engagement, increasing the meaning in their work, build positive relationships and establish and reach their personal goals, they will be better equipped when change occurs. I’m usually engaged when you need to start a new discipline or practice, lift capability, deliver a change program, solve a problem, or shift an organisation’s mindset towards a particular goal. In the end it all comes down to your people and how we can work together to ensure they flourish. I’m always free for a chat over a (virtual) coffee.
