I am a conscientious and flexible ITIL foundation qualified Service Operations/Incident Manager with experience working for several market leading Telecommunication Service Providers (BT, Vodafone, Plusnet, Freeserve and Orange. Having started my career working in customer contact centre environments I quickly developed a strong diagnostic mind-set with a customer centric focus which has remained with me throughout my career. I have excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills and am able to adjust accordingly dependent upon my audience. I'm a proactive, self-motivated and results driven quick learner; Able to take direction and also work independently with minimal supervision whilst being a strong team player. I have always been a key contributor within the teams I have worked and have a calm, collected and friendly disposition. I have a good grasp of ITIL concepts and as my career has progressed have found an increasing vigour for improving processes and practices.
