As AMS Project Leader for CBRE’s Local IFM Service, David is accountable for delivering strategy, business and team development, and positive client outcomes to our customers with a key focus on Project Management. As a results driven individual, David is keenly focused on listening, learning, and then developing solutions to meet the needs of our teams and customers. David is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in Real Estate Services and Commercial Project Development. He is used to building a business from the ground which include his previous architectural and construction project management companies, a skill which he has brought over to his roles while working at CBRE for the past 20+ years. He has either designed, developed, or managed over fifty million square feet of space for a diverse customer base across numerous commercial segments. Clients leverage David’s experience and leadership skills to bring together a multitude of stakeholders to find solutions to challenging opportunities via teamwork and creative solutioning.
