My Role as Business Development Manager within Dialogic is to identify potential new business, increase brand awareness and generate new to base clients through cold calling potential prospects. Dialogic have been specialising in cost effective, reliable and cutting edge business communications technology, such as business mobile phones, landlines, broadband, VoIP phone systems and hosted services to businesses of any size since 2001 throughout the UK, Northern & Southern Ireland. Business is developed by identifying potential customers by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. Other ways of developing new business is by up selling and managing existing customer base. Dialogic Telecom is currently partnered with O2, EE, Vodafone business. Dialogic offer the following services such as, Business Mobile Contracts, EE, Vodafone and O2 Business Mobile Phones, Landlines, Microsoft 365, Broadband, VoIP Phone Systems & VoIP Handsets, Hosted Services and Cloud online Backup Service. Other areas I am responsible for are E-Marketing, surveys and E-Mail campaigns, creating promotional material and customer service support, maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers. Arrange appointments for the Sales team and offer customer service support to our customers.
