Staff Augmentation is 25% of what I touch – 75% is strategic project engagement in the areas of Risk & Regulatory Compliance, Systems & Processes, and Cost Control & Cash Management. I personally have helped support over clients in various engagements over my 12 years with Robert Half – providing talent and service in a variety of scenarios. When meeting with clients at the C-Suite – major topics of discussion-Mergers & Acquisitions-Regulatory reform (IFRS & equivalent for US GAAP, SOX, etc.)-RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Digital Transformation-change from traditional organization/employment/staffing models-and process improvements and thought leadership in these areas and much more. When meeting with supervisors and leaders in the management space – major topics-employee retention, engagement and motivation-how to support their leaders on topics mentioned above-how to communicate effectively with team and management-helping to build business case to increase funding from their sponsors-project based support request on the back end pre-/post- project requirements-how to ensure budget is utilized to maximize ease of productivity (using dollars in the right way).
