I'm a seasoned Web3 leader with a deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized platforms, and cryptocurrencies. My mission is to drive Web3 project development, shape its trajectory, create valuable products, while building lasting relationships. I'm passionate about Web3's potential, eager to shape its future, and open to collaboration. Currently, as Co-Founder and COO at a stealth-mode startup, I manage business operations and strategy. Previously at the leading Pure Proof of Stake Layer One Blockchain protocol development company, I played key roles, including Head of Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO, leading organizational restructuring and securing substantial savings. I also served as the Operating Partner and Interim Head of Web3 Strategy for Napster, leading its early Web3 product strategy. As a Venture Partner and Senior Advisor at a leading Web3 venture fund, I shaped the venture strategy and managed early-stage investments. During my tenure as the Senior Director of Business Solutions I developed technical solutions, managed venture investments, and developed key ecosystem partnerships. Prior to my Web3 and blockchain experience, I worked at a leading cloud-based cybersecurity company where I supported the transformation of Product and Engineering teams from waterfall-based delivery to agile-based delivery as the Manager of Product Management. In addition to a successful organizational transformation, I led teams who consistently delivered industry leading products resulting in remarkable revenue growth and a successful acquisition by VMware. Before that, as Co-Founder and CEO of a hydroelectric startup, I led fundraising, product development, and secured a long-term power purchase agreement with the local utilities.
