For more than 50 years, attorney Gary R. Ginsberg has practiced law in the City of West Haven. Ginsberg & Babbitz, LLC, carries on the legacy of professional service to our clients from throughout the State of Connecticut. It is a seasoned law firm consisting of three attorneys. The trio is supported by a team of professional paralegal, secretarial, bookkeeping, and receptionist staff. The firm’s practice includes serving clients’ needs in: civil litigation; small business formation and administration; commercial lending; commercial and residential real estate finance, development, leasing, purchases, and sales; and trust and estate planning and administration. David R. Babbitz began practicing law in West Haven in 1994. In 1998, attorney Babbitz joined his practice with attorney Ginsberg’s. In addition to managing the firm, David handles most of the firm’s litigation, real estate, and small business client matters. David has experience in many aspects of civil litigation, having litigated matters in the Connecticut Supreme, Appellate, Superior, and Probate courts.
