I'm a Chicago-based dynamic professional with a diverse background ranging from customer service, laboratory management, museum education, and culinary arts.Customer Relations:Maintaining relationships with customers has been at the heart of most roles I've had. I've worked various positions in food service and hospitality, working firsthand with the public and providing hands-on service. At the Museum of Science and Industry, I led personalized group tours through the museum's special exhibits, and I assisted with membership inquiries at the information desk. Here, I gained experience in facilitating and managing informal educational programs. As a Support Virtual Lab Manager at HappiLabs, I frequently communicated with scientists and addressed inquiries in regards to the tracking and logistics of their lab orders. I managed multiple email inboxes, communicating with agents at various scientific supply companies, and handled inbound and outbound calls.
