About David Baird

David "Stock" Baird is Founder and CEO of Baird Tech, a premier technology executive search and app development firm based in Detroit, MI (USA) and London (UK). It provides its global client base with a dedicated, hands-on partner and a systematic approach to bring in qualified, high-value candidates. David and his team have developed a proprietary applicant tracking system called BairdHunt, allowing for a streamlined recruitment process with individuals not just looking for another job, but the right career move. Additionally, he co-founded Roxy - a new marketplace for swapping toys, electronics, and clothes in Mexico. Prior to this, David was Co-Founder and CEO of Selocial - an award-winning musician's social media platform - and gained fame as a hip hop artist in the UK with music on film and television. In 2022 he joined as a Expansion Team member of Companyon Ventures,(Boston based VC). He has also been known to work with early stage startups, providing hands-on mentorship to help perfect their pitch decks, financial projections and understand the problem they are trying to solve. His network expands the globe and includes high net worth individuals such as Sir Richard Branson and other well established entrepreneurs.
