About David Baker

As a Maintenance Master Chief Petty Officer (MMCPO) at V-22 Fleet Introduction Team, I lead and oversee all aspects of the Navy's transition to the V-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft. I have over twenty years of experience as a Maintenance Manager at US Navy, where I managed and supervised the technical and administrative aspects of maintenance operations for various naval aircraft. I have a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, Part of the Chapman University System, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronic Systems Technologies and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, both with Magna Cum Laude honors. I also hold multiple certifications in project management, lean six sigma, and optical-instrument assembly from prestigious institutions. My core competencies include project management, project planning, program management, operational planning, organizational leadership, command, and information assurance. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise gained in the military to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
