Possible summary: As a PR and Social Media Intern, I applied my BA in Communication skills to plan and execute impactful campaigns for nonprofit organizations. I successfully led the 30th-anniversary campaign for the Klompen Classic, creating engaging short videos for a 30-day social media countdown that increased the event's visibility and participation. I also maintained and enhanced the online media presence of the Pella Community Food Shelf, assisting in stocking and distributing donated goods to clients. My cultural competency and intercultural communication skills stem from my traveling at a young age, which enabled me to learn five languages and adapt to different cultures and contexts. At Central, I was a student-athlete, managing between academics and sports with self-motivation and teamwork. I have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in organizing and leading sports and breakfast clubs for students from kindergarten to 6th grade at the Children & Family Urban Movement. My goal is to use my communication, media, and cultural skills to make a positive difference in the world and to pursue a career that aligns with my values and passions. I am eager to learn from new experiences and challenges.
