About David Baldockmnaea

I have worked in the property industry for nearly 16 years now and have an extensive level of experience in this field and the professional bodies/laws that govern it. From my first interest in the property world, I started as a negotiator for a London based company, which then saw me go on to manage 4 of their offices across London. I built myself up to a senior management level and then made the move into a large global corporate where I progressed to director level and running multiple offices. My aim was to have one of the best offices within the area and within the company and to propel my staff so that they further their careers, as I have. I am always looking to continue my development within the industry and am happy to say that I am also ARLA and NAEA licensed, and am looking to continue this with further qualifications. I have passed the level 3 NFOPP qualification, for not only residential lettings, but also residential sales. The opportunity to make a name for myself within the industry drives me to succeed. I now find myself at my ultimate goal, of running my own estate agency business. Looking after my clients as they should be and providing a tailored, bespoke service that they look for and fail to receive with the various large companies in the market place.
