This involved working closely with the support team to gather requirements, iterate based on feedback, and ensure the system met their needs. I also developed a custom UI for help-desk software to link phone calls directly with our CRM, streamlining workflows and improving customer service efficiency. Real-Time Payment-Broker System: Led the technical design and implementation of a real-time payment-broker system, written in Golang, to broker Server Sent Event connections using Goroutines to our Smart Terminals. This system significantly contributed to business growth and improved client satisfaction, as evidenced by dramatic growth in sales of our Smart Terminals.
