C-level Transition CEO/CRO/CTO for Transformation, Turnaround and Restructuring Independent Non Executive Director (INSEAD-IDP-C, ILA) Senior Advisory and Executive Coach Helping transforming and shaping industrial organisations, making them resilient, performant and fit for turbulent times. I have 24 years of experience as CEO and 9 years as CFO, in the context of international B2B industrial groups, particularly family-owned businesses, where I was responsible for companies with €250M to €750M sales and up to employees. In these roles, I not only developed a deep understanding of tools and methods for operational excellence, for financial and controlling reporting, for product/production strategies, but most importantly gained profound insights into the dynamics of top management teams and the way their interactions with supervisory bodies impact the performance and resilience of companies. I founded 2016 my own consultancy and have been acting for the past 8 years as a C-level Transition Manager for Transformation, Turnaround, and Restructuring. I accumulated extensive experience in dealing with the complexities of distressed industrial companies (B2B, automotive Tier One, engineering, metallurgy, and chemical industries). I also enjoy handling the diverse demands of various stakeholders in crisis situations. I have led several industrial family or PE-owned companies through their turnarounds and restructuring phases as CEO or Chief Restructuring Officer in France and in Germany. I am also Independent Non Executive Director for industrial manufacturing companies, experienced to work for family owned, Private Equity owned and for privately owned companies. As iNED, my main value is to bring methodology and experience to Board of Directors in Crisis and Transformation situations, of which magnitude ever, from strategic transformation to public restructuring procedures through amicable restructuring. Demonstrating high standards of business ethics, I bring a good sense for pragmatic dealing with complex situations and multiple stakeholders. My other value is to bring to the Board awareness for the weak signals pre-announcers of degradation of performance, long before the KPIs show the deterioration. In short, I definitely contribute in building resilient and flexible companies fit for turbulent times. The feedback I get from my peers is that I am a quiet and good listener, a clear communicator and a team player. I have a good eye for detail, support good discussions and preparations for decisions.
