My name is David Batty. I've been in banking since 2007 and have loved dealing with numbers, math and of course money. In that time I have moved all the way up from a part time teller to a full time supervisor. I have learned quite a few things in that time. First and foremost, treat the customer right, and they will always come back to you for any of their needs. That is what I have done for the past 10 years and what I strive to do each and every day. Becoming a manager has changed my attitude towards employees. Currently my branch has eight total employees myself included. Each has their own personalities, goals, and motivations. It is up to me to ensure that each person is ready for their day and always on the top of their game. I feel that I have overcome the challenges associated with management, and have gotten my staff to feel more confident when dealing with customers, more empowered in the work place, and more productive all around.
