I'm a leader, organizer, coordinator, and program manager who is equally comfortable with technical and non-technical aspects of business. I have a strong focus on customer experiences, understanding and framing strategic business and product challenges, and doing work that really makes a difference in the day-to-day lives of people. I have a background in IT consulting, technical support, and working with software and hardware engineering teams to help improve products, reduce costs, and improve customer experience and loyalty. I have experience resolving thorny issues around brand perception and product quality, as well as technology issues around usability, accessibility, functionality, security, and compliance across multiple product lines. This experience allows me to be forward-thinking, leveraging a data-driven approach with input from multiple sources to help avoid potential pitfalls and mitigate risks in advance.
