Program Manager/Contract Lead for two DoD contracts that provide Financial Management (POM, budget, execution) and Force Management (manpower analysis and strategic staffing) as well as an Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with an active secret security clearance. 13 years’ experience in financial management, program analysis, and force management/manpower analysis. 20+ years’ experience in human resource and people development, and over 20 years’ experience in military leadership positions with an additional 20 years’ experience in civilian leadership positions where I’ve had the opportunity to develop and mentor people into strong, cohesive, high functioning teams. I have experience in reducing organizations’ costs through thorough financial analysis, accurate forecasting up to seven years in the future, developing robust budget tracking tools, and becoming a subject matter expert on the complex Department of Defense business processes to include force management and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) systems.
