I’m David Bellerive, a bilingual public-sector strategist in Ottawa. I guide organizations through finance, procurement, and coordination so complex systems are clear, accountable, and able to deliver. I’ve supported executives and multi-functional teams in overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios across operations, salaries, and research. My role is to bring clarity and accountability to those processes, always with one goal: turning ideas into delivery people can trust. I’m pursuing an MBA in Management Consulting, building insight into how institutions can solve complex problems and deliver public value. Looking ahead, I want to apply this expertise to bold infrastructure projects, where delivery meets complexity and public outcomes matter.
