I have been working professionally in IT for the last 28 years, most recently as Directory of Software Engineering at Sonic Automotive, responsible for corporate inventory systems for both used & new vehicles across 120+ dealerships. My other experiences include Sr. Development Manager for Mortgage at Flagstar Bank, Senior Technical Manager for Mortgage Systems at M&T Bank, Technical Team Lead for Mortgage Originations at KeyBank, Web Solutions Manager & Architect at Mattel, Director of Technology for Studio, LLC, and Systems Manager for Consumer Lending at M&T Bank.Before joining Sonic, I spent 5 years in various positions at regional banks supporting mortgage originations & servicing technology, specifically software development teams working on Black Knight / Dark Matter Empower, Black Knight / ICE MSP, and internal originations & servicing systems. I've been instrumental in implementing Agile best practices at these organizations and focused on bringing in AI-based document analysis technologies to assist with automated workflows.At Mattel, I was responsible for overall development activities of all of our eCommerce websites, including American Girl, Fisher-Price, Barbie, and HotWheels. Previously, I was the manager architect responsible for development, technical strategy, and implementation of Mattel brand marketing websites. Built on the Tridion CMS using ASP.NET MVC and DD4T, all of the sites continue to undergo rapid development of new features & content to meet the tremendous demands of the business. The sites are all built responsively (i.e, desktop, tablet, & mobile optimized) and in up to 47 international variants.As Director of Technology at digital producer Studio, LLC, I managed all development efforts across all clients. Projects included all web development (including PHP & Drupal), mobile development (web, iOS & Titanium framework), and cloud server configuration (Amazon AWS).Prior to Studio, I was a Vice President and software development manager with the Central Technology department of M&T Bank. My last role was managing.NET developers working on the bank's Voyager web banking & mobile banking platforms as part of the bank's multi-million dollar investment in eCommerce. Before that, I managed the development teams responsible for the bank's consumer lending applications that processed billions of dollars in loans.
