I am a senior Managing Director with extensive experience of delivering internationally significant assignments. I have recently been selected to manage a acre estate in West Sussex responsible for the day to management of 26 staff, a budget of £1.2M. With a team of 4 senior managers,orchestrating and coordinating commercial, residential and farm tenancies; property and grounds management; chattels conservation; building and development projects; public engagement and an events programme. From 2016 - 2019, I established a pioneering operations, training and logistics strategic defence hub for the UK centred on the Port of Duqm in Oman; I spearheaded the phased delivery of this complex multi-disciplinary project linking governmental departments, Port and Airport authorities, security agencies and commercial companies. Operating at Ministerial level, I negotiated a 30 year international agreement underpinned by a £50M commercial contract for the provision of real estate, infrastructure and services, securing £20M of initial project funding; managing the plan in a testing budgetary environment whilst retaining relationships and momentum.
