About David Benton

Head of a passive fire protection and carpentry contracting firm working for small, mid size and large construction firms, facility management companies and housing associations. We undertake all aspects from the roof down and all fixes on £10k to £20m projects. Current projects to date have included £1.3m fire door and compartmentation contract with FCH and 2 100+ unit house building site for Partner Construction. Working alongside my brother and fellow Director Jacob Benton, at Woodstone Carpentry, we pride ourselves on being unlike any other carpentry contractor in the UK. We are now fully qualified and BMTrada certified fire door installers, adding fire stopping and door upgrades to our certification shortly. In the last 12 months alone we have undertaken more than £3m worth of contracts in this industry. Founded in 2013, Woodstone Carpentry was established to bring quality craftsmanship and efficient labour to the UK construction industry. Our mission is to provide the most efficient and diligent carpentry service, while maintaining a high quality of workmanship, in a safe manner and on budget to every facet of the construction industry.
