After retiring as a Police Officer on January 1, 2020, I formed Six 4 Consultants LLC as a Public Safety Consulting company. I specialize in three general areas of Public Safety. I am a Master Resiliency Trainer, an Impairment Expert (DUI/DRE), and Security Expert (physical infrastucture). Positive Psychology:Having earned my Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, under Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman, I am a positive psychology practitioner that focuses on law enforcement mental health and well-being. Prior to earning my Masters, I trained as a Resiliency Program Officer in 2020 for the State of NJ and then became a Master Resiliency Trainer with Resilient Minds on the Front Lines, and now recognized as an MRT in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I also consult with the NJ Office of Resiliency for Law Enforcement, a unit of the NJ Office of the Attorney General. Drug Recognition Expert:As a impairment expert, I have worked with Lawyers, Media, Businesses, Houses of Worship and Government Agencies to maintain the the integrity of the DRE Program and guide stakeholders in private industry regarding workplace impairment. Public Safety Expert:Additionally, I am a contractor for US based companies and have provided security consulting for 3rd party clients of small businesses to large event venues and live event security. I can be contracted for executive protection, event security, and security assessments.Additional: I am an active and published writer, available for public speaking engagements, participate in panel discussions, and as a media contributor. I currently serve as a member of the Citizens Behind the Badge Law Enforcement Advisory Counsel, am a member of the Mercer County Juvenile Conference Committee and lead Team East Windsor as a member of the Police Unity Tour. I previously served as a member of the Hopewell Township Citizens Equity Advisory Committee as the Vice-Chair from 2020-2021 and as Chair in 2022.I am a committed public servant for government, NGOs and non-profit organizations, leading by example and "Earning my Badge Every Day."My Training and Specialties Include: Master Resilience Trainer, Drug Recognition Expert, DARE/School Resource Officer, Emergency Management, Critical Infrastructure Specialist, Narcotics Investigations, Fraud Investigations, DUI, Evidence Technician and Crime Scene Photography, Crash Investigation, Criminal Investigations, Street Crimes, National Incident Management Systems, CPR Instructor, Bleeding Control and instructor and Risk management.
