About David Berger

Through my educational background and my passion for business strategy, as well as my working experience in data-driven marketing transformation, I believe in the importance of thinking and acting goal-oriented and data-driven. I understand what is necessary to build solutions that deliver and integrate relevant data, with the purpose of facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives, supporting decision making and improving customer experience. In order to create such solutions, I am convinced that it is necessary to transform traditional processes to become more transparent, flexible and autonomous – in short: more agile. While I am trained and experienced in using existing agile frameworks, I believe in a more fundamental nature of agile principles that should be applied to meet the individual requirements of projects or products.
