As Vice President of P.T. Ferro Construction, I’m involved in nearly every facet of the business - shaping long-term strategy, managing daily operations, and driving growth in an increasingly competitive market. Over the past decade, I’ve served on our senior leadership team, helping to lead the charge as we’ve taken on more complex projects, expanded our services, and strengthened the core values that have defined our business since 1964 - safety, quality, and efficiency. With 28 years in heavy civil construction, my experience spans a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Infrastructure Development: Deep, hands-on experience estimating and managing major roadway, underground utility, paving, earthwork, and small bridge projects. Growth: Leading initiatives that have diversified our capabilities, and scaled operations. Operations & Execution: improving internal processes and building teams that consistently deliver on time and above standard. Workforce & Leadership Development: Investing in people, mentoring future leaders, and fostering a company culture of accountability, innovation, and pride in craftsmanship. What’s kept me driven is the steady evolution of our industry - and the responsibility to ensure our company evolves with it. But just as vital as where we’re going is where we came from. I take deep pride in our history, the principles we were founded on, and the people who built this company long before today's technology changed the game.
