Dark fiber deployments on Cisco, Alcatel routers to include fiber characterization using Viavi and Exfo equipment and turn up. Small cell activation and CPRI transport, Carrier Aggregation. DWDM and CWDM utilized for said deployment. Ericsson OSS BSIM, ENM builds and router provisioning. Additionally responsible for WiFi and DAS systems in Centurylink and Safeco Fields as well as Sound Transit DAS. Working with the large venue DAS deployments I was able to achieve measurable speed test enhancements year over year by expanding the system and working with System Performance to optimize the system to be able to support fans at Seahawks games. Our Dark fiber deployment set the stage for small cell and 5G deployment and gave our customers enhanced speed, low latency and better reliability. I have up scaled many routers from the Alcatel SAR-W to the Alcatel 7750 SAR A8 to ensure my customers continued best available service. Daily I monitor alarms and statistics like passive intermod, dropped calls, ineffective attempts, interference and prioritize work to resolve these issues including replacing faulty equipment on site, taking corrective action on antenna systems, using spectrum analyzer with a directional antenna to track down and request offending energized equipment is turned down, replaced or repaired. I worked with a wireless manufacturer to help their customers resolve an issue with their chipset speed that was interfering on my customers frequency band.
