Currently, I serve as an Administrative Manager and Chief Petty Officer (E7) in Oceanside, California, where I lead a team of 18 staff members to manage administrative tasks for a company of 45 staff members and 200 students per quarter. My role involves implementing company policies, providing career counseling, and ensuring the smooth transfer and auditing of personnel and financial records. Previously, as an Administrative Manager in Mayport, Florida, I oversaw the administration, medical, and navigation departments for a crew of 350 personnel.
