I worked with Stott Engineering as a Business Development Manager for the past 3 years. My employment history and the volunteer roles within local sporting and community events have kept my mind and body active while contributing to our local community. Because of my strong values, work ethics and experience I believe I am in a position to continue self-growth and to share my knowledge and experience to help any prospective employer expand its productions further. Key areas of my development and experience are; • Sales with a focus on customer service while achieving set goals. • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a harmonious fast paced environment whilst being open to changes to benefit and increase business. • Be responsible and respectful toward customers and co-workers with differing values, beliefs and cultural backgrounds. • Excellent organisational skills with flexibility. • Ability to travel and meet with new and existing customers as required. • Build and strengthen long lasting client relationships using positive clear communication skills within various industries, for example; Underground coal mines, water treatment plants, power stations, petrochemical and mills, as well as customers all over Australia. • Creative problem solving within various businesses such as Thrifty Link, Home Hardware, Independent stores, Bunnings and Mitre 10 to increase their in-store sales using product displays in prime positions for Spear & Jackson merchandise. • Increase and broaden my knowledge by attending courses relevant to any position I hold to better myself and the business I am employed within.(Refer Resume for further details). • My relaxed calm and caring nature combined with my positive attitude is further supported by my punctuality, honesty, reliability, energetic, patient, respectful, highly motivated and enthusiastic approach. My future goals are to be a hardworking, successful employee within any role I undertake and to gain career advancement if the opportunity arises while ensuring financial security and stability.
