A Software Engineering Manager aiming for the Director of Software Engineering role. Companies hire me to solve complex problems and guide teams through use of front end tools and structures. When brought on to a company, I come on as: A mentor - I am talented at breaking down complex topics into more easily understood formats. I am further able to identify when direct mentorship is needed. I've helped with getting developers adjusted to their new roles as well as pushed them to make it to the next level in their careers. A hiring agent - I am capable of identifying people with both the ability for development in the target role and the potential to improve beyond it. Much like the companies I seek to join, I value efficiency in work and the ability to think through problems for the best solutions. An AI architect - I focus on adaptive AI models. My experience in this space makes me qualified to design structures for models that go far beyond solving basic problems. The model I created for research is a genetically evolved string that acts as the DNA for a neural network's structure and weight, with a main network and secondary network to interact as the unconscious and conscious minds, respectively. A software developer - I have a diverse background that makes me experienced at quickly learning and applying new languages. My go to languages are Python, Dart, and JavaScript, but my first was Java, and most recent was Dart.
