My goal in any role I take on is to help others and make an impact, one customer at a time. I have a proven track record of managing numerous customer interactions with effective communication, empathy, and support, resulting in high customer satisfaction. In my last position at ServiceMaster, I maintained a 98% customer satisfaction rate while assisting homeowners during the restoration of their homes. My expertise lies in resolving customer inquiries, handling escalated issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction, skills I’ve mastered through my customer service roles. As a Team Lead at Aramark, I managed a high volume of guests and became proficient in quick and creative problem-solving techniques. My efforts were recognized with an Outstanding Customer Service Award during the busy summer months. When I’m not working, I split my time between traveling and being outdoors. Having visited 28 different countries, I love learning about different cultures, history, and trying new foods. I am also an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing.
