About David Birkey

I am a Founder and COO of Alamo Prism Communication, LLC. We are voice communication integrators and offer the full spectrum of voice solutions. The first strength of Alamo Prism is listening to our customers needs and designing a solution that helps them communicate with their customers and employees more efficiently. By putting the right solution with the customer we take the phone system from an expense to an asset. The second strength is training after the initial install. Most companies train the original staff at the time of the install and assume that all of that knowledge will be passed on. We understand that continued training is needed to keep new and additional staff up to date on the capabilities on the equipment they invested in. The solutions we have include digital phone systems, VoIP phone systems, digital voicemails, unified communication servers, fax servers, mobility servers, call accounting servers, call recording servers and overhead paging systems. Over the past 5 years we have added data Switches, WiFi and camera systems. Because we have so many options we never have to fit a square peg in a round hole. Our customers include everyone from single offices as small as 2 phones all the way to multi campus sites around the country. Specialties: Training customers, moving systems and designing the proper phone solution for new and existing customers.
