As a native and life-long resident of Northeast Florida, I possess a great knowledge of this town’s real estate market. Although diligent and hard working, my approach with real estate clients is somewhat low-keyed. Having bought properties, I have never enjoyed working with overly zealous or uneducated agents. I prefer someone who knows the market, is a good listener, patient and understanding – the elements of service that I have successfully provided to my many clients for more than nineteen years.
