I’ve spent years working alongside firefighters, first for Colorado Springs Fire Department, then co-founding Intterra, and later as the Technology Advisor with the Western Fire Chiefs Association. That experience “ruggedized” me for the realities of public safety—seeing firsthand what works and what doesn’t when the stakes are high. Across the Hughes Fire Affiliates, Emergent and Emergency Technical Decon, we’re building practical tools that make life easier and healthier for those on the front lines. From real-time telemetry in your rigs, smart tools that cut through the noise and give you what you need, and proven chemistries that keep the mission of tackling occupational cancer in the fire service at the forefront, our focus is simple: helping you do your job safer and faster.
