As Business Development Manager at my previous company, I focused on establishing and managing the proposal development process and identifying strategic business development opportunities. My role supported the organization's goals within the correctional healthcare sector by leveraging my expertise in healthcare management and operational planning. With over two and a half years in this role and prior experience in proposal writing and operations management, I brought a structured approach to navigating complex systems and driving organizational growth. Throughout my Naval Officer career, I have built and lead complex teams and individuals to deliver large-scale projects, beginning from the discovery phase through execution, driving success across logistics, operations, environmental, and communications workstreams. My 20 years of military leadership experience, coupled with my expertise in operations, organizational development, and project management, positions me to assist companies in transforming their business to meet the customers' changing needs.
