20+ years of excelling in customer service with the last 3 years in SaaS as either an SDR, AE, or, even an SDR coach/mentor. During the last 2 years, I helped more than 100 people make their transition into tech sales with little to no experience. I specialize in communication, building rapport, simplifying and explaining things, and using creativity and/or personalization to get someone's attention. I pride myself on my ability to understand people, use empathy to ask good questions and establish alignment when consulting others towards solutions. I am at my best when I feel like I am doing something that can make a difference to help others.
