I am a Software Test Analyst for the Australian Taxation Office working to provide assurance on the quality of complex, integrated software solutions targeted at maximising the community's active engagement in the Australian taxation system. I currently have 3 years of testing experience across functional, system, integration and interagency testing under my belt and am looking forward to a long career as a Test Analyst. During my work day I find the most satisfaction in working with less experience testers to build their confidence, knowledge and passion for ensuring that any software solution delivered by our agency is of the highest standard. Before taking up my current position, I spent many years at the Australian Taxation Office in client facing roles. I have brought my passion for an excellent client experience with me into the IT world and am always focused on how the end product being delivered to the community will enhance interactions with government.
