As the Signet Fellow of Industry Affairs at Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, I lead the company's efforts to promote responsible sourcing, ethical practices, and environmental stewardship in the global jewelry industry. I have nearly 30 years of experience in this role, and over 42 years of experience with Signet in various positions in operations, advertising, marketing, merchandising, corporate and marketing public relations, and corporate affairs. I am passionate about advancing human rights, sustainability, ESG, and high standards and ethics in the global jewelry sector. I am actively involved in several industry organizations, such as Chair of the Responsible Jewelry Council, and Board member of the World Diamond Council. I hold an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Graduate Gemologist accreditation from the Gemological Institute of America.
