About David Bowser

Originally from California, this past July marks over 28 years living, working and playing in Denver. I know this city well, having spent many hours working with home buyers, sellers, and investors in and around all Denver neighborhoods. I enjoy exploring our city, the unique businesses that serve us, as well as the numerous local venues that I enjoy listening to live music. I have two sons and a loving family who are my primary driving force, giving me the energy to accomplish what I set out to do from day to day. My oldest son attends Metro and my youngest is in his forth year of electrical apprenticeship here in Denver. I served as an adult volunteer for many years with Boy Scouts of America, where I served our local Pack and Troop. I am also a contributor to area youth cultural and sports programs. My professional experience is in construction and real estate where we go the extra mile to find or build just the right home for our buyers and sellers. We also do some of our own projects where we find homes that need work, fix them and sell them to new families who will make their own memories here in the Mile High City. I hold an International Code Council "B" Supervisors Certificate and passed the State of Colorado Employing Real Estate Broker licence exam in 2001 to fill the needs of my clients. I have had instances in my remodeling business where we found that it was not in our clients’ best interest to remodel. I have found that through good research and asking the right questions my clients may decide that the best decision their family can make is to find a new home vs the time and cost of remodeling their current home. Every situation is different and I guide my clients to find their best solution.
