David Breu has been working at ISL for over 20 years, helping many clients across Western Canada improve their transportation systems. David often brings innovative and best practice ideas for intersections, interchanges, and grade separations. He has led or advised the planning and design of over 40 interchanges / Grade Separations and more than 50 Roundabouts / Intersections. David always incorporates the latest thinking for sustainable travel modes, including: transit, wheeling, and walking. As of January 2025, David successfully transitioned our Canmore Office role to another great ISLer. He will now focus more on our Transportation and Mobility Discipline as our Transportation Manager for Calgary, Canmore, and Saskatchewan. In this role, he will continue to co-lead the same team he has worked with for the majority of his time at ISL that currently has over 45 professionals delivering transportation engineering projects in Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan. He will continue to support other ISL consultant team managers and leads throughout Western Canada as an expert in Transportation Planning, Design, and Construction.
