About I am a self-motivated professional with 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry. My career began with technical, service, and operational roles, providing me with a solid foundation in IT. Since joining BT Global in 2007, I have advanced through the Contract Management discipline, progressing from Contract Manager to Business Manager, and ultimately to Contract Director. Throughout my tenure, I have successfully led Contract Manager and Director roles on multiple global MSAs with large blue-chip organizations. I have a proven track record of meeting demanding financial targets while maintaining high NPS ratings. I exhibit strong leadership qualities and strive to motivate and inspire others. As a BT Graduate Mentor, I have dedicated time to coaching and developing the next generation of talent, mentoring several candidates over the past five years.
