As a Product Manager at HCA Healthcare, I act as the liaison between the design and development teams and the stakeholders, ensuring that the project specifications, requirements, and user flows are aligned with the client's vision and goals. I am responsible for delivering biweekly releases, working closely with the designer and the technical lead, and maintaining steady progress in development. I have 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, EHR, and app technology, and I am a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Product Ownership. I have led scrum teams of varying sizes using the SAFe and Design Thinking Frameworks, and I have contributed to the development of Cerner's RevElate Patient Accounting tool and the Charge Group Conditioning Tool, which improved the clean claim rate and reduced denials for the Veterans Affairs. I am passionate about improving technology for a better healthcare experience, and I have a dual degree in Business Administration and Management, and English from Rockhurst University. My goal is to collaborate with teams that are focused on creating software that innovates healthcare technology, benefits the healthcare organizations, and enhances the patient experience.
