About David Buchart

My background includes project management, design management, development as well as Commercial and residential Real Estate experience. I currently work as President of Construction with a national Commercial contractor licensed in 44 states with a concentration on Dental and Medical as well as ground up construction. I have extensive experience in management both in construction and retail having overseen up to 350 people as a general manager in my previous career. I have been involved with over 250 million dollars’ worth of construction and development and know both the general contractor and owners side of development and construction. Previously I have worked with chain restaurants as well as owning my own 200 seat restaurant in downtown Louisville Kentucky and two development companies. In addition to my construction experience, I feel that this added development and restaurant management as well as owner rep. project management experience gives me a unique advantage in the construction arena. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, Procore and iOS programs having taught computer programs and use for the 500+ realtor staff I have worked with in the past.
