At Systech, leadership in project controls and infrastructure has propelled our team to develop successful global business opportunities. Our work on the Sizewell C project, a £30 billion nuclear facility, is a testament to the effective establishment of PMO and governance strategies that I spearheaded. It was a collective effort that integrated key activities and managed complex commercial aspects, including baseline cost estimation. Previously, as Vice President at Jacobs, my involvement in the bid process led to a significant contract win, transitioning seamlessly to the Delivery Integration Director role. The competencies developed there—bid processes and leadership development—are vital in my current position.
