About David Bull

It can be lonely at the top- whether you are a small business owner or corporate CEO. No one else in the organisation is under the same pressure as its leader- one poorly executed strategy or bad decision could lose you your house or your job. Equally, one great new idea can transform the business and set up your future. We help business leaders connect into a knowledge network made up of their peers- one where you can discuss the issues you are dealing with and get genuine advice from others who have dealt with the same issue, where you can be comfortable admitting you may not have the answer to a current challenge or are not sure you are making the best decision and where other business owners and CEO's will give you ideas that can make a real difference to your results. It is well known that peer based mastermind groups are one of the best ways for business leaders to work ON their business, rather than being held captive to working IN the business. In fact, being a part of one of these groups is probably the most cost effective advisory board you could ever have. One of the most significant benefits is that you will get immediate insight and feedback from the group into whatever issue you are dealing with- and enable you to make confident and timely decisions. The CEO Institute peer groups in Brisbane/Gold Coast for leaders from small to large private businesses, not for profit organisations, international companies and large corporations.
