David is currently the Regional Managing Director APAC & the President Director/CEO of PT SICPA Peruri Securink, SICPA is a leading global provider of secured authentication, identification and traceability solutions and services and a long-trusted advisor to governments, central banks, high security printers and industry. Founded in 1927, headquartered in Switzerland and operating on five continents, SICPA’s mission is to Enable Trust through constant innovation. Based on core expertise in high security inks, the company protects the majority of the world’s banknotes, security and value documents from the threats of counterfeiting and fraud. SICPA also integrates material covert features and cutting-edge digital technology to offer sophisticated traceability and supply chain protection solutions and services, enabling governments to optimize tax revenues and enforce regulations. David is also the Founder of PT Wellington Capital Advisory a leading Jakarta based boutique strategic advisory firm From 2015 to 2021 he was the Managing Director of PT Visi Asia Media Tbk (VIVA) a leading public listed Media Group, managing assets such as TVONE the leading NewsChannel in Indonesia, ANTV a market leader in Entertainment, during his tenure at VIVA he was instrumental in the launching of ONEPRIDE MMA, and ONEPRIX Motorsports both these brands rapidly achieving the #1 ranking in their respective sports verticals. Prior to this David was CEO of PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN) an independent operator of telecommunication towers in Indonesia. From 2006 to 2011 he was the Senior Executive Vice President of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TELKOM), Indonesia’s dominant telecommunications provider with a market cap of USD $20 Billion and over 130 Million subscribers, from 2003 to 2006 he was the COO & Board Director of PT Broadband Multimedia Tbk. Prior to joining Kabelvision he was CEO and Founder of PT Indonesia Media Technologies and served as the President Director and COO of PT M-Web Indonesia from to 2003. From 1995 to 1998 David worked for Bank Bira Group and Bira Aset Manajemen Prior to commencing his career in Indonesia David held roles at Rothschild International, Prudential Group and subsequently for L.A.S.(ING Subsidiary) in the United Kingdom. Educated in England at Shebbear College (Devon), BSc Economics from LSE and a BSc in Business Administration
